I have been struggling last four years about my pension have submitted all the required documents through my kolkatta office and the same has approved by them but they have sent only xerox copies instead of original to kr puram office they are require all the original documents to take further action and they have despatched letter on 12th oct 2018 till now no response from salt lake kolkatta office. Request you take immediate aaction since i am 62 unable to move and office situated from my house about 5 to 6 kms and no transporation facilities.
