My customer number with abp for subscription renewal is 60339995 and i am patronising abp since 1993.
Despite having difficulty in renewing subscription online with abp and only with the assistance of customer care from abp i could succeed in the past, this time i am surprised to note that my registered mobile number has been blocked without any intimation to me!! Neither i am able to renew the subscription online nor anybody is responding to my call for assistance. Wonder what is wrong with abp? May be it has grown too big a concern to care for small subscribers like me.
My earnest request to the concerned authority in abp to desist from this practice which is not expected from a company of this stature putting your reputation at stake. Was this information helpful? |
