Kindly look into my case.

Till today your subscription helpline is not properly updated with my Cheque # 793289 dtd. 02/12/11 in favour of you.

While one of your representatives called me on 16th / 17th December and informed that this above cheque will do for renewal of my subscription. No need to fill other Form.

Your service is really worrying me.

ABP - renewal coupons not found.

I am S.R.PAUL, Advocate, and a consistent subscriber of ABP.
I paid the renewal of my subscription of ABP+TT+Ebela.
I lost my envelop with all 12 subscription coupons.
Now, what will i do in this situation?

my party no. is 4515230 & subs ends in 15/08.2012. but no renew form has yet been received.
My Part No. is 722879. My regular subscription for TT expires on 31.03.'13. I will be shifting my residence in June '13. So I would like to renew my subscription for 3 months for now. I shall renew again after shifting. I have received my renewal form, but cannot find any provision for a short term renewal for 3 months in the form, though I was advised to do so by someone who called my mobile no. from abp recently. Pl advise at the earliest.

A cheque no.717015, dt:13/2/13 of Allahabad Bank, Jadavpur Branch amounting Rs.833/- was dropped in your box placed in the 1st floor of National Diogonostic Bldgs, Baghajatin, Jadavpur on 14/2/13 which was meant for integrated ABP+TT+EBELA. I wonder how the same has not been acknowledged yet.

The subscription renewal coupons (party no. 6162510) have not yet been received for renewal of subscription of Telegraph for 3 months from 16/02/13 onwards (previous subscriptions expired on 15/02/13). Payment was made on thro' S.B.I Debit card on 27/01/13 for Rs. 258/- and the same was debited from the related Savings Bank Account. After much persuasion and sending scanned copies of documents (Pass book debits, payment acknowledgement from ABP just after online payment etc.) ABP acknowledged that due to some technical glitch in their website the payment was not showing and the same would be rectified and coupons would be send and they accordingly sent a mail "Apropos our telephonic conversation, you are kindly requested to co-operate with us & wait for some days, as due to some technical glitch, the delivery of the subscription coupons will be delayed for some days". But on date, they rang and said about non-receipt of payment.

Ur coupon dispatched.May pls contact[protected] PM) quoting ur order no.51259602.If not recvd in 3 days from now.We apologize for the delay.ABP.
First of all, the tel no given by them is absolutely lousy.No one lifts the phone.Above all you will not get the the tel line at all, it will be all along busy.

today i paid my subscriptions for ABP, TT & EBELA amounting to rs.1200/- through net banking. it is observed from my bank a/c that the said amount was debited from my a/c and credited to ABP PVT.
