When we realized our washing machine was not working, we checked with just dial service to find a nearest authorized service center, we found “ace machinery services “in halasuru, and called the landline[protected] and requested for a service engineer to visit and repair the machine, on the 1st oct 2016 a junior technician visited our house and said the machine has to be taken to their center for the repair.


He gave an ace machinery services invoice no 5915 and charged rs.250/= and promised the machine will be repaired and delivered back in 2 days, when the machine was taken on the 2nd oct 2016 we got an invoice no: 4335, this time from home care services which had a different address printed, the land line number for ace machinery services and home care services are the same.
After many days of follow up, we got the machine back on 8th oct 2016, the agony started from here, we found that it was not our machine, after complaining and request we got our machine back, while we checked the machine we found that the drum was fallen and machine did not work.
This time we paid a bill of rs.2200/=, got a home care services invoice no: 4344
After requesting many times for repair, they visited again and fixed the drum and said the machine is working fine, the next day when we tried to run the machine, it did not work. We requested multiple times for the repair, but there was no response.
My mother is a medical patient of diabetic neuropathy and two of her toes has been amputated by doing multiple surgeries. She was not able to wash clothes and she had to suffer a lot and go through a lot of physical and mental trauma for many months because of ace machinery services inefficiency.
We made multiple calls and visits, i also visited their service center along with my wife and met mr. Syed and requested him to visit our house and service the machine, i also informed them about us approaching consumer court if they did not do their duty, but all this fell on deaf ears.
After calling multiple times mr. Syed visited our house once and saw the machine and said a part has to be changed and he will come with the part and fix it, it’s now 16 months, the machine is still not been serviced.
We got sick and tired of calling him, so we decided to approach the consumer court and filed a complaint online, the consumer forum complaint number is 317738.

I got a call from whirlpool company representative telling they are not responsible as it was not serviced by them. I informed them that i have got an invoice bill with whirlpool logo, for which i was again told i should go to the court since it’s not legal for ace machinery services to use the company logo without any approval.
Then i was told by consumer forum call center that i have to write a registered letter to ace machinery services and if i do not get a reply from them then i should be approaching the consumer court directly.
A fraud company like ace machinery services & a cheat like mr. Syed should be punished as per the indian law and taught a lesson, so that other people like me don’t get cheated.
In just dial page, mr. Syed has be called as fraud by a person who got cheated, there are many other similar complaints against him, in one case an individual has mentioned that he will approach the consumer court, kindly please check for similar cases on this company.
