Ace Machinery Services — Whirlpool washing machine

I enquired for whirlpool washing machine servicing. Ace machinery services bengaluru posed as authorized service dealers for whirlpool. They have a whirlpool logo on their bill, but they are fake. I came to know of this when i complained to whirlpool customer care. Personnel from ace machinery took my washing machine and then stopped picking up calls. Mr syed (Ph. No. [protected]), the guy who came for inspection stopped picking calls and never came back again. The serviced washing machine was sent through a driver raju (Ph. No. [protected]) who had no clue to run a washing machine. Manager ramesh (Ph no [protected]) kept on lying and delaying any query. Washing machine spares were sent to me after around 15 days. They charged me rs.4400 for and repair and after a few days the washing machine has stopped working. I suspect that they have changed the original motor with an old one. However i have no way to persue this case as i have long working hours throughout the week. My machine is fully unusable now. Requesting help to make ace machinery accountable for the damage and lying.. And refund me the spent money.
