Acer — Brand new all-in-one pc came faulty & no replacement or refund from 4 months | |||
Hi, i have purchased ace all in one system from lamington road, & with in 7 days it got dead. I have complainted to acer & they ask me to submit at digicom service center. I did the same & after 4 days digicom replies he do not do service for all in one, what the hell he did with my system i dont know. Again i called acer customer care they said mumbai centeral service center person come do the repair, but again 5 days after no body came. Again i called acer they said lalbaug service center person will come & he came after 3 days & told he will get it repair in 10 working days. But after 15 days when i called him he said they dont have spares for repair. So i asked him to replace with new one. But he refused. Then finally i called service head of acer mr.Piyush. He told me to do some need full, but again same story from last 4 months they r playing with me & every time comiinting that they will replace with new one, but finally last week means after 4 months they send new pc. But when i opened it to check in front of his guy . It was dead again & his person also confirmed its dead pc. Now so many follow ups no result. I wasted 35000/-. & now i will do complaints in consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
