On 09-11-2014, I have purchased an ACER Iconia one 7-B1-740 tablet through Amazon.in . While receiving the product on 20-11-2014 by courier service, it is noticed that some area of the touch screen is not working.So I have approach the Acer Customer service center at Ernakulam (Kochi) for re-placement.But unfortunately they are not accept my request and they said that this is a manufacturing complaint but can not be re-placed if buying through on line.But in the guarantee agreement this matter is not specified. I had a problem in LCD of my laptop V 121 model. Since it was in warranty period gave for repairing at Patna SP verma road service centre. They took 50 days to repair my LCD and when I took it back the battery was critically discharged. When I approached they told since now it is not under warranty period I need to purchase battery. I bought an “Acer Aspire V5 – S71G” laptop from “Shri Balaji Computers” on March 16 ‘2014. Within 4 months of purchase I discovered a 2 technical default in the systems hardware. when laptop switched on, no command is accepting, and the address bar getting full with some symbols like =.+. etc.. i cant use my laptop right now .and mouse pad is not working.when i use external mouse and click on some application it is blinking, and no keys are working properly, so do the needful, it is very bad to say that i brought this laptop on 18-9-2013, within 1 year it got complaint, it has 3 years of warranty, so i except the call or the needful as soon as possible....

Acer laptop developing scratches on panel even after cleaning. The laptop is at acer service centre malappuram for the last one month. During the time they brought 3 times the laptop to me claiming that they resolved the problem but while opening the lap by their technician at our place the problem was noticed and taken back.. According to them they have changed the lcd panel and keyboard. We feel that it is manufacturing defect so the lap to be replaced or cash to refunded . We had sent 5 mails to their sales staff mr.Nikhil but none of the mails are acknowledged or replied....

Respected Team, This is regarding the ACER monitor complaint where our monitor`s button was not at all working. We had placed the complaint to ACER call centre on 27-6-2014 with complaint number - 793897I(I - "i" capital alphabet) and they had given us the chennai service centre number t contact to on the same.
