Acer India — Acer is not giving replacement

I have acer lcd... And now it is not working... And i had taken this lcd from retailer...And he had given me the bill also and according to warranty it will expire in feb 2016... And it is showing out of warranty and no response from acer alos plz repair it or give me replace...Under warranty my serail number is mmlkess[protected]d78505
