Hi, my acer laptop crashed on 3rd sept 2019, which i bought online on 6th april 2019. I logged a complaint to acer for this matter and they send the service engineer, who diagnosed the issue as keyboard not working and promised that it will be replace within weak but it is in pending state since then. It's been over a month and yet the issue is not resolved.
I have mailed them multiple times but each time they tell me to wait and they will revert me asap but after that there is no reply from them.

At this point i lose my trust on the acer and if likely to go for a refund and they aren't keen on repairing the laptop

Reinstallation of drivers or reinstall of windows os might fix the problem
