I purchased my laptop 2 years and 15 days ago. Ten days out of warranty the hard drive completely failed. I tried to talk to someone at ACER and I was referred only to the you tube channel to fix it or fee based support. There was no place to register a concern about a hard drive failing after only 2 years. I am not an every day user - maybe twice a week at best - and to have it fail this quickly speaks to a sub standard hard drive to begin with and no place to say a thing about it. Very frustrating.
