Acer India — Bad customer support and service delay (of 1 month till the post day )

My case was logged on 2 December .
Approvel for the part was given on 5 th December 2021
It's 8th Jan 2022 today and they haven't shipped the part from warehouse yet.
I have called toll free number and had issue escalated 24 times already, then also my case is not showing any progress.
It's been a month almost my case hasn't been solved.
