Acer India — Delay in Service & Delay for Customer Response | |||
I had purchased two Accer LCD monitor from SUUPER Computers on 8th August 2015 for my official purpose. One of the monitor it is not working and nothing is displayed even I had tried with other system also by connection but no response from screen. On 13th Sep 2015 I had raised the complaint Accer customer care and CASE ID: 1457204I.On the next day 14th Sep 2015 from CITI COMPUTER SERVICES, Choolaimedu, Chennai one of the technical person has come and he stated without checking and seeing they said Monitor was damaged. On 14th I raised this same issue Accer customer care by shared the conversation between me and Technical person. From Accer side they have communicated please share your Monitor screen shot and all the model number details with image. I sent one mail on 16 september by attached all the Details with Image in this mail. Part Number: UM.XE0SS.001 Serial Number: MMT3FSS00152201E33B00 SNID:[protected] BUT I HAVE NOT RECEVIED ANY UPDATES EVEN IF I CALL THEY SIMPLY AVOIDING AND NOT RESPONDING.
