Acer India — Laptop motherboard died right after warrant period

I bought Acer laptop on 23/08/2020 and I had multiple issues starting from slowness and the wifi stopped working. The laptop's network card was the issue and it was not working for nearly 15days. The service engineer told there were some short circuit in motherboard and OS issues. He said he changed everything. Now after two months of this issue, the laptop itself is not starting. I'm also out of India and I spent 65 euro only to know that the motherboard died. The acer customer service is now saying the product warranty is over. It's so frustrating and I'm tired of following up. I already asked for a replacement during the warranty but the acer support refused to provide exchange and resolved it. Now I've series of interviews and I'm left with no laptop in a different country. I don't even know how to proceed further.
