I Booked acer smart monitor (AD320Q) from acer e-store. when I knew there is no remote included (which mantion in description and shown in pic on amezon) I want to cancel or change my order within 10 min but there is no option. I tried to call and chat for help buut failed. finally received mail and got reply as per company policy you can't cancel or chage my order. I feel cheated. without any option I and waiting for my product which I already paid but after 4 days there is no response and my purchase is under process status. I can't able to contact anyone for help. so guy's please stay away from Acer india product. if buying experience is so horrific then God knows how is after sales service.
