I have recently bought ACER Nitro VG240YS 60.5cm (23.8 in) FHD Gaming Monitor, SKU - UM.QV0SS.S01 in Feb 18th 2022 having Serial Number : MMTDNSS00313313E6A4210. Actually, The monitor is advertised to have Freesync Premium in it. But, When Looking at the monitor menu, It shows as Freesync. In online youtube reviews of the same monitor, Their menu shows FreeSync Premium.

It is a false marketing as There is a huge difference between FreeSync and FreeSync Premium as you can see in the below link:

I contacted with Acer support (having ACR2210216) through email but they just copy pasted the same link of FreeSync and sent me. I am very much disappointed with Acer.
I am also facing the stuck pixel problem (ACR2199043) for which they are not considering at all. I have also put that complaint on this site.
I don't know when my problem will get solved. But, I would never recommend anyone to buy Acer product to anyone in future.
