There is some motherboard issue in my laptop Acer Swift 3 which was purchased in April this year.
Engineer came from Acer, and said that motherboard will come in 4-5 days and it will be resolved.
It has been 12 days and there is no update. Customer support says that Parts are not available, neither giving a time duration in which it will be resolved. What kind of service is this. The laptop is dysfunctional in 3-4 months of its use, and now I am supposed to wait for infinite time?
Every time the customer care says that they escalated my request. But the status remains same.
The laptop belongs to my sister who is a Surgeon in KGMU college Lucknow. The laptop is most essential device for her, and even a single day delay is costing her.
They won't even say to refund or replacement. They say that replacement policy works for only 7 days after purchase. So does that mean i have to wait for infinite time for repairing? or just give up?
Please look into this matter. Acer seems to be indifferent about the issue.
