I purchased an acer Laptop on 02.07.2023 from City Tec Solution, Nehru Place. I also purchased 2 year extended warranty from Acer India on 10.07.2023 for Rs 1769, for which invoice has still not been given to me. A Free wireless mouse was to be delivered at my residence on purchase of the extended warranty, which till today I have not received.
Also I asked the acer merchant for giving me a 6 month Zero EMI scheme for my HDFC credit card for this Laptop purchase, as this was a scheme at that time. Surprisingly, I was charged a 15% interest rate on my First EMI. I asked my Bank & they responded that the merchant did not select the Zero EMI option at the time of making Invoice for this Purchase.
Written many complaints for this hassle to their customer care & also spoke many times with the dealer at Nehru Place. But no one is responding. Such a Pathetic Company- Acer India . What kind of staff they are keeping at their Customer Care & sales team at their Showrooms. They do not know to select Zero EMI option? They do not know to send invoice for extended warranty ? They do not know to fulfill their commitments for delivering products as a part of scheme? Kindly help in resolving this issue & take strict action against Acer India for their casual attitude, carelessness & unprofessional Behavior with their Customers.
