I m a student i purchased a new acer aspire 7 on 23 dec 2021. On 2nd jan 2021 my laptop display started flickering. I registered my complained next day acer mechanic arrived and checked the laptop. He told that screen panel is epic centre of problem So he will replace the display panel. I demanded for my laptop replacement expect of screen so he told to visit the service centre. There he refused to give the DoA letter by giving some extraordinary so called acer policy. I brought these laptop by borrowing money from my relative. I m so disappointed today please help me.
