[Resolved] Acer India — Not replaced on manufacturing error during guarentee period. | |||
On[protected], I have purchased an ACER Iconia one 7-B1-740 tablet through Amazon.in . While receiving the product on[protected] by courier service, it is noticed that some area of the touch screen is not working.So I have approach the Acer Customer service center at Ernakulam (Kochi) for re-placement.But unfortunately they are not accept my request and they said that this is a manufacturing complaint but can not be re-placed if buying through on line.But in the guarantee agreement this matter is not specified. Accordingly they have take product for repair vide job no:10424 dt[protected]. Any how the product didnot get me back till date. My complaint is that this product may be re-placed because this is a manufacturing error. Was this information helpful? | |||
