To whomever it may concern,
I had filed a complaint with the acer customer service representative on 20th July 2016, regarding my laptop (laptop not powering up). However nobody came to pick up the laptop for an entire week. (I was told a technician will come to my place within 48 hours)
Thereafter I myself visited the service centre in Chinchwad (opposite Darshan hall, pin code 411019), on 28th July 2016. It took almost a month for the repairing of my laptop.
Even after taking so long the problem persisted and I had to visit the service centre yet again for repairing on 28th August 2016.
Now its been a month and I'm still waiting for my laptop.
It's been 2 months that I don't have a laptop.
1) Why was I given a faulty piece in the first place?
2) Why is there such an extreme delay in serving? (unavailability of parts seems like a laughable reason, given that my laptop is just 6 months old)
3) Why has Acer hired incompetent staff who are unable to repair the laptop? (does brand reputation mean nothing)
4) For such a huge delay and inconvenience, how does the company propose to compensate for my losses (my daily earning from the laptop is around $50 or Rs.3000, which I have lost due to such despicable service)
5) Will my warranty be extended as practically I didn't even have my laptop for 2 full month?
6) Both the telephonic customer care representative and the service centre technicians seems clueless of how my problem would be solved!!
I would appreciate if someone with adequate knowledge and professional attitude calls me.
