I had purchased an Acer laptop which cost me 1, 04, 999 INR from Flipkart on 25th November 2021.
In period of 6-7 months o[censored]sage the laptop was not turning on, so I went to acer service center, and it took around (04 July 2022 to 19 July 2022) 15 days where they replaced the motherboard told me it was faulty and had to be replaced (CASE ID - 4591764I).
After 2 months on 17 September 2022 my laptop again got issues with the display this time where the screen has flickering issue and the (Case ID - 4731367I) and here again the screen will be replaced and it's on the way and active.
Now, the thing is that all this happened during the warranty period, and they repaired it and will, but how long after 1 year warranty if this would happen what I was supposed to do because I am paying a premium price not for defective of faulty product. The parts which were faulty would cost me around 70% of the price of product.
In this repairing process I missed my job opportunities too because of the sudden breakdown of the product. The laptop was not booting from 2nd July 2022 and my exam was on 4th July 22 and I had to go to the service center on 4th July 2022 to get it fixed. (I'll attach my placement mails for proof)
I want to be very clear the condition of the product is not justifying its price I want this laptop to be replaced by company or 2yr extended warranty of this product because if this thing further happens due to company's lack of competence who should I go to.
This is very harassing and never expected such things from the company.
we put a lot of faith purchasing these expensive products can't enjoy it because of company's inefficiency.
