Acer India — Refund as you guys sold me a faulty laptop and later damaged it

Bought this laptop Aspire 5 A515-56 from your listed seller in acer.com via Flipkart . After unboxing I knee that the laptops bezel had some problem but couldn't figure out but on 8th August I got to k ow that the bezel and display and backpanel had gap in between . So raised the issue and send it to service, after receiving they didn't redress the issue but only gave it back with dents and scratches all over the laptop. I demanded for replacement but you guys rejected and kept ignoring and rejecting my refund request too . So I send the laptop again and now after receiving it I come to know you guys have replaced the original parts with inferior quality parts . The bezel pops up and the backpanel isn't like the new one and the base panel scratches still persist . So I demand for a refund of my amount 49990 that I paid . I don't want your product or your pathetic service . I am done with it . So be humble enough to refund my money .

Updated by Basant Chhetry Have been using acer laptop since long time I already owned two acer laptops aspire E5 series and with that trust I bought your laptop again but this is the worst experience that I had . Kindly refund my money caus ei have no faith in this laptop and the service .
