I had purchased acer nitro 5 a month ago but the laptop was defected its screen wont turning on after i visit the service center they told me that there was a issue in my laptops motherboard then i submit my laptop to them but after 14 days they didnt receive the parts from acer india after 14 days i called them and they told me that my laptop will be replaced by a new one but i hv to wait more 3 days to get the details about replacement. I awated but they didnt get the details after 3 days and they didnt even answering me about the details. They are just hanging it by today or tommorow they are not giving me the details about my laptop.
