I hope this email finds you well. I am facing issues with my laptop, which require immediate attention.
I recently purchased ACER ASPIRE 7.
Few days ago motherboard was having issue and it was changed by Acer service care engineer and now i am facing issue of graphic card
Its showing unsupported graphics card and showing green screen. I have reset the laptop many times and also updated the graphic driver many times but still the problem don't solved . As per guidance of acer customer care and engineer but facing the same issues.As an graphic designer I am losing my clients because of this problem and the service is so slow, I am so much frustrated because of this
I would like to request a replacement of laptop to ensure that my work can continue. This is crucial for me to meet my professional commitments and avoid any further delay.
