Acer Motors — Disrespectful behavior of general manager service department | |||||
I took my vehicle to acer motors tirumalgherry due to few problems in it. I saw nobody attending my vehicle and asked in the reception to attend my complaint, after some time somebody comes, then i go to my vehicle with him and explain him the problem later on i ask him to wait so that i could decide to get my service done and after i go to the service reception and try to find him he is not there and more over the people at the reception keep saying that guy would attend me shortly and this went on for a while and i lost my cool asked to see the manager, they took me to the manager but then the general manager of service dept. Doesn't respond to my situation and also speaks to me in a arrogant manner. When i even ask for the owner's number he refuses to give me and says me to do what ever i want. This is the state of responsiveness of a gm of a service department showing his respect towards a customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Monitor shows only blue and green colour from one month.We had already checked the monitor with another computer.So we can understand that the problem lies with CPU.From about two days we can't turn on CPU.30%
