I would like to inform you that I have purchased a Acer laptop with Linux based.when I come home try to turn on computer. There was a boot issuse.Next day I go to Acer service center. They told me that it's a hardware issue .so I asked him to give a DOA latter so I can replace the laptop. They okay with it. Now after one week they denied to give me a DOA letter and suggesting to me replace a hard disk.. But I want to replace the the laptop so I need a DOA letter.. Please let me know me what I can do..
