Jayshree we have been in the company for several years and we are at-most satisfied with the corporate standards that we follow internally. On an employee standpoint we are proud to be a part of ACP billing team. The company has provided lot of other benefits and extra perks so far regardless of the category they belong to. I guess you need to refrain from doing this since it is not the way to sort out your issues if you do not like the company or their policies just stay away or look out for better opportunities, this is not the way to tarnish the reputation of a huge corporation. Also i would like to recollect that you have been terminated from the organization on violation of discipline policies in the company, so you do not have any rights to even post your comments.

First I Repentance for your ESI and PF functionality.One Company or Organization have rules to deduct ESI and PF which belongs Act 1948 which it’s Central Government for Employee Medical facility so you have to clear on that.Now I wipe your think on ESI and PF, Want to with draw your PF below the steps your have to follow.
Get Application Form no -10C and Form no-19 from your Company (ACP Billing) or If Transfer Form no-13
Get PF number it Present at your Salary Department, If not your have ask your Salary Department
Fill the Application Form with your Employee Code Number, Identity Card, Family Identity Card, Photo
Send the Regional Office which mention in that form or En quire at your office
After Reach your form you will get Acknowledge to mail Id, within three months you you will get your PF money into Bank Account no which mention in your form
I hope now understand ACP Billing Company is not Cheating Company, It may Good Medical Billing Company for Employees

If a person doesn't work for more than 14hrs then they will terminate them.You know Charlin as per labour law a employee has to work for 8hrs and if he wants to work more than 8hrs you should give them benefits and perks. People say out there that they provide benefits its all fake and tell me what the benefits they have there. No pf number and no pay slip are provided. No medical benefits and no cabs for night shift girls . They don't treat a person as a human and I have worked there for a year but I didn't receive any pay slip nor I don't know my pf number. Even government told to go for universal pf number but they didn't do it. I'm going to complaint in the ESI website. Lets see what action they gonna take.The managers are not efficient enough and they don't know anything about the subject but they screw up employees.Rajsekar(Manager) is worst person and he doesn't know anything about management and he is a puppet of charlin .Cyril is too good, he doesn't know anything about acp but he is vp in the organization.I will post in all the forum about this cheating company.

ACP BILLING Services is one of the cheated company only i joined as a fresher three months before they took as for the post of process associate -trainee in nungambakkam they didn't give any training suddenly they said to do the work in charge entry after a month ago they gave the internal movement as AR Analyst, freshers where confused why they moved in that field also they didn't give the training, freshers dont know the AR Analyst

Hello sanjuna, you joined as trainee in this company, As a trainee your training period should be one year.
First one month is general Billing Training, second month is Domain Training, and third month is shadow process training. Company is paying for you for the three months. Once you complete the three month then you moved into the process, You didn't do well,
then we asked you to relieve, without you giving the production how can we continue in this organisation...?

Recently I went for interview in Acp billing service
The company is good in my vision . They are very transparent and explain about bond, submitting mark sheet and no of and esi.
No can and no food they explain everything in interview process itself.
I don't think after accepting their condition and launching complaints about them is not a good sign.
But in the interview process itself they treating the people like slave especially Anjali she think that she did MBA HR in IIM and big genius in the world.she treat the person like a slave and I'll treat the people like anything during the interview process itself, Finally I did not join in that organization.
I'm not sure where to esculate this matter, I Hope the people who runs the business they will take care of this matter.

Hi my name is vishal I had 5 years of experience before I went to ACP billing for an interview they had a number of interview rounds starting at basic round then a round with the process trainer and then another round with the talent management hr then a series of test like IQ test and process test a voice and accent test I was surprised by the infrastructure I really liked the ambience in ACP I now work there and I feel blessed to be a part of ACP billing

Guys,
Always there are two sides of a human being - professional and personal - on the professional front there should be etiquette and ethics followed to maintain discipline and professionalism. On personal front should always give value to humanitarian aspects. To clients you should be sincere to what you have guaranteed.
This company and the management of india (Charlie) does not qualify for any of the above said. He is one of the ever worst seen and to be produced unprofessional employee. On personal grounds, he is one selfish person who always plans in stealing the hard earned money (Pf and other benefits) of his employees. Also, projects a false picture to the client and never delivers as promised.
The company was floated in 2013 and this gentleman (Charlie) joined as an manager and he did not have any big time personal assets. The company had a handful of people at this time and even now it is the same story that there are very few people as he never allows anyone to settle down. But in a span of 2.5 years (2013 to 2016 quarter one), this gentleman (Charlie) has become a millionaire. How was this possible - very simple - take all the money of all the employees in to your pockets and obviously you will become millionaire might be billionaire in another decade.
The people who are writing good reviews and replying to them - i am sure you are all new employees and can see it from your replies. I too was a victim of this and have compromised many people saying the same old stories that charlie is propoganding to you guys. But after a period came to know the true colors (Red - drinking the blood of all the employees) of charlie.
I am sure the days are very near for you guys for a eye opener, none other than your current guru charlie. He recruited you, now he is making you to speak and he will terminate you (Its matter of time and his accumulation of wealth).
Also, lets go little deep beyond acp where charlie came from. He stole a huge database of client from a upcoming company c_e b_g. This was the sole reason why he was terminated from this company and how will this gentleman be loyal and true to his clients and employees.
My sincere request to all the good hearts who are supporting charlie, please start looking out for a good job as you guys have a family to take care and should not be stranded. Think, its not too late.

Hi im ramcharan and i have 3 years experience in medical billing as a Sr ar caller i came to acp billing for an interview and after i passed all the interview rounds on my joining day even though i have vast domain knowledge they put me through process training for a month it really helped me work efficiently from day 1. i believe any one who joins this company will have good growth and i do recomend joining this company if you want to start your career with a bright future.

This company terminates the people in bulk numbers like guineas records, they don't credit salary on time I have living evidence, I'm sure the one who can join there will loss sleep, time, knowledge.
No pf, no esi, no cab, no food.

Rajasekar you have used vernacular language against the Management which is unethical and unprofessional. The Management has decided to raise a Cyber crime complaint and track this person. This is not an warning this is an information for people who involve in these kind of activities.
Employee Rajasekar has been terminated from the services due to non performance. I can understand your frustration due to termination from services. If you have anything to say Please come to office tell your concern we will help to fix it . Since you have used vernacular language we have lodged a cyber crime complaint to take stringent action against you. Hope you do not continue this kind of behaviour which is unprofessional and unethical anymore. Once your identity is disclosed by the cyber crime police department stringent action will be imposed so it will help others to learn the consequence when they indulge themselves in these kind of activities.

Joined as a Sr. Ar caller however i was promoted as a quality analist very shortly which is good. Later i was promoted as a process trainer and Group coordinator. Easily people's hard work and talents are identified.
Trusted but given space to grow and develop. There are great people who are always helpful and love to collaborate.
I had flexible working which helped me to grow professionally and have Good exposure.
Salary is paid as per market rate which is very fair and also refreshing.
The CEO, Charlin is a great guy and cares about what we do and our integrity. The CEO also goes out of his way to say hello and see if you’re ok which I think is great.
We also have VP's Cyril and Joshua who care about the employee and make the work easy.
Lav is helpful and understanding to feel employees more comfortable.
I had very good friends to have more fun at work.
