[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — FUP Usage Mismatch | |||||
FUP status abnormally high, shows 20GB when only 7 GB was used, raised complaint (#?), called several times, spoke to the following customer service reps. I have been paying up for an extension of FUP since October 29th as I work from home too and I need the connectivity. Bhavik - Day1 Vinay - Day 2, Says '24 hrs' means '24 working hours' - (I can only laugh at the quality department of the very mediocre customer service provider act has) Sumit - Day3 And Mr.Vijay - Must mention called the next day and informed us that he was working towards resolving the issue. Baby step towards what real customer service, however, would work if he kept up his good work...didnt follow up after that... Was this information helpful? | |||||
