I Had opened a complaint with Act broad band call center team for connectivity issue, they said an engineer will visit my property in 24 hours as they could not resolve it over the phone. like wise the engineer called me in the morning and said that he has fixed the issue for me (without even knowing what the issue was, and he did not even visit my property) i checked and called him again and informed that it is not working. He promised that he will visit my property soon and resolve the issue, i waited till the evening but nobody visited, however i received a message stating that the ticket has been closed as the issue is resolved. This was really unethical and unprofessional way of handling and i am really not happy about it. my complaint number is [protected] and my registered contact number is [protected]
