The Act customer service is very bad that too if someone is fortunate enough he will get the service after 13 days. And If one ask them regarding bill as he did not used the net for 13 days then he will get a reply that "we registered your complaint yesterday only and we cleared your complaint today."It shows their customer’s record (camplaint, usage) maintenance and their calculated billing system(I experienced it in September). One more thing their customer care service is the worst one. There you can get IVR only. No one would response your call.
Then why should I cheat one more fool to use this facility to get 25% discount that too I am damn sure I will not get it.
