ACT Fibernet — My ACT Broadband is not working from last 10 days. | |||
My Name is Nahas (ACT#[protected]. My ACT broadband is not working from last 10 days.I registered a complaint on 15th Jun 2014 and they resolved it on 19th for few hours(3 hrs), I registered complaint again but still am facing the same issue. I have made number of call to customer support, always getting the message like "we are making this case as high priority case and passed it to field team".
