[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Account suspended even after the payment | |||
ACT is not responding to the customers in a proper manner. Payment is made to one of the ACT employee even after saying that we are not interested . After the payment of the bill the account is suspended . I complaint to the customer care more than 4 times and still there is not response from ACT. Was this information helpful? | |||

The internet is suspended after the payment. What kind of service you provide. In this age where activation takes seconds, you are making you customer suffer after the payment. This was not expected from ACT.
There is an option to logout and login but it does nothing. It is more than 12 hrs now my internet is disconnected. Pathetic service from ACT. Really disappointed, now would start looking for other ISP

Account is not activated after payment amount is showing as 0 in die still it says account suspended no other way as well to contact the customer service people.
