I paid Rs.4130/- for 6 months package on 5th May, the installation was supposed to be done on 6th May. Rescheduled for 7th May but it was not done. Then I asked for cancellation & refund which they are delayed everyday, The staff raises the ticket and closes it without even speaking to me. I used their services earlier for 11 yrs but with every passing day its going bad to worse. The staff is rude is does not respond to calls. They should ne penalized for providing such horrible services
