I'm using beam from last 5 months and 1 month back i asked them for shifting my connection.
they said within 2 days we will give a connection. but just i got a single call in 2 days
and i called them for next day and they said we will call back in 24hrd .but didn't get any call back again i called them and again they said we will forwarding your details and they will call you back in 24 hrs and same thing goes for 8 days. and after 8 days one person came and gave wiring but he didn't connect the other end of wire to the port box.after 2 days i only rectify the problem and called them and they said we will call back you in 24 hrs but this time also i didn't get any call back after 48 hrs they came and gave the connection.and these famous broadband atlas didn't have toll free number.almost i made 500rs calls to their customer care.and i asked for wavering and i said i don't like ur service so give back money .and they said sorry for inconvenience and we are cancelling your connection shifting fee and we also giving you wavering then i said ok.
and day before yesterday they disconnect my connection for not payinf shifting fee
and i again i called them they said 24 hrs time and now almost 50 hours i didn't get any reply finally i paid money
in this process i got mental disappointment
don't know what to do
