ACT Fibernet — Always having connection issues but no prompt action taken

Lot of tickets had been raised through ACT app. Customer care is the worst - nobody cares to pick the phone.
The resolution is very delayed. In current era without internet, how can we work? If a bill is unsettled or settled lately, ACT is fining the customers but when internet is not working for many days or intermittent connection issues were faced, they are not ready to provide waiver.
