Hi, I am on Act fiber (earlier Beam)for last 6 yrs. After Beam has been taken over by Act, the service has utterly declined AS Rao Nagar region. I am due to pay my bill and I have requested for a package downgrade and discount for the box installed at my place. Every year it becomes a huge tussle for me at this point of the year to convey the same and the invoice corrected. I have called the custmor care last week and they said they would give me a call in a 24hrs. I am waiting still and no one has called yet. since last three day[protected] number is continuously engaged and it does nt take us to the IVR. please correct the same and revert to us at the earliest. I worried if they disconnect at and I will have to go through another tussle for the same. Quickly address. Stop this horrible service.
