[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — broadband connection issue | |||
I am an existing ACT broadband user having consumer ID[protected]. From last one month almost every day there is a service disconnection . I have to raise a complaint in their respective Mobile application than after few hours they used to resolve it. From last 3 days(8th June 2019 - 10th June 2019) the issue became severe and hardly 10 hours of internet service I could avail. While calling local engineers I used to get answer like there was a fibre cut. For few days such excuse is understandable but for such a long time these things are becomning unfathomable. I tried to call their customer care number [protected], but it's always showing busy. Luckily one time I was able to get connected to their customer care representative(10th June) and they told they will resolve the issue but almost after 8-10 hours the issue still exist. The disconnection procedure is also not cleary mentioned. I have done a advance payment for six month and now I found myself cheated.
