Payment of Rs.1203.6 for October paid online through Axis bank on 10/10/2020 @ 12.05 am (11/10/20) not reflected in my account till date despite many phone calls and mails to helpdesk. The Bank have given a letter stating that the transaction went successful vide their reference INB/[protected] and the letter has been forwarded by mail to helpdesk.
