I had given a complaint for disconnection of my Broadband connection. For that, I have been calling ACT customer care since the 9th of this month and whenever I called, they will inform me that my request will be completed and will get the refund within 7 working days, I called 4 times for the same issue and they will raise a Service request and without resolving the complaint they will close it. Today when I called and checked the status of the Service request, The service request regarding the Refund Delayed was closed and there are other service requests created for Namesake. I am attaching the SR numbers here
SR[protected], SR[protected]. These are the Service requests and without informing they closed it. I am not getting a proper response from Customer care. All the agents are having very less knowledge regarding service.
Also when I requested a supervisor call, they transferred the call and purposefully disconnected the call because they wanted to avoid me.
This is not the kind of service a consumer should get from a company.
