To start of, this has been the most horrendous experience I had to go through, I have been your customer for a very long time and was quite happy with your services however when I moved in 2019, I had requested for a transfer of your services to another location and had installed the power supply box, at that time the agent I spoke to said that there would be a power supply discount which would be automatically added to my account every year, however due to some mishap from your end you people failed to do it which to my misfortune I realised recently. When I called in none of your agents were cordial or polite instead they preferred passing me around to a number that disconnected even after waiting on the line for 20 mins.
I had agents call me back saying they are supervisors who would disconnect within 10 seconds, one of those supervisor's decided to talk to me for more than 10 seconds (this guy I really wished I could take his name down) was extremely rude and said that he wouldn't credit me back the power supply discount which according to your policy is something that a customer is liable for when he/she install a power distribution box and said do whatever you want to do and hung up.
This is my last attempt to resolve this issue before I post this on social media and raise a complaint with consumer court. I would really appreciate if we could get a solution for my issue wherein I am supposed to receive a special power supply credit from[protected].
Hoping we can find a solution to this.
