ACT Fibernet — Complaint for network error

Dear Sir/Mam, I saidu phani babu from ELURU, WESTGODAVARI, ANDHRAPRADESH., INDIA.pincode:534001 i had act broadband that was not working since this weak of tuesday(18/11/2014) and i had given the complaint to local office through customercare number i.e[protected], and they have to given complaint number also i.e [protected] but rightnow they are not correction the complaint...and i had call again and again bt dont answerd... thanking you sir/mam
