[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Customer care representative representative put me on hold for 1hr

I tried to check with beam customer care about the ticket i raised on 30/09/2015 Ticket no:[protected]. We didnt not get internet for more than 24 hrs. I tried to call the customer care several times on 01/10/2015, Finally when i called around 3:30PM to [protected], I asked the customer care representative to connect to her supervisor. She said she will connect and put me on hold for 1 hour. These people are playing with the customers, whats the point of having customer care then, instead they are harassing the customers.
