ACT Fibernet — Customer service at its worst | |||||
Executives from act fibernet doesn't respond to you nor atleast listen to us. They will do what ever they think or how it is beneficial for their incentives. Initially they have raised the request for activation without intimating to me for which i informed them earlier to active after 15 days. I've been following up for activation for 20 days later. Now i came to know that they have internally raised a request for cancellation without my consent. This is how they behave and treat the customers.. They have tested my patience. Regards, Guru. Very bad experience with the Bangalore ACT customer service guys, My account has been re-activated without my knowledge and most surprising this is that it is being used. I don't have the router connected nor the wire connection, how can I use it. Now I am getting calls every day thrice asking me to pay the bill and each time different customer service guys call me to ask even after raising a ticket.
Not sure why they call even there is a complaint ticket pending. I think the management has to rethink their process of handling the complaints.

ACT fibernet. They are cheaters. They promised me new connection within 2 days if there is a customer nearby if not it will take max 7 days means within 7 days the connection will be given . Now 10 days was not enough for them to provide connection. If I dial the person Who asked me to pay in advance for the plan will not pick the call at any cost. Please be careful with ACT.
