[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Deficiency of service by act and some mischief at network switch in the box | |||||
I have been subscribing to act fibernet for the last 2-3 years. Of late, i am facing a serious issue for the last one month with respect to my connection. Somebody is doing some mischief at the box that is installed at our residence. The box consists of a network switch which has around 8 ports. The incoming ports are more than the number of ports available at the switch. So they are removing my cable from the switch and inserting the other one. For that reason, i am not getting internet connection as my cable was intentonally removed though i paid the bill for the next 6 months cycle in full payment. This is a serious mischief done by the executive or concerned authorities from act fibernet. I have escalated this issue to the nodal team and appeallate authority and they made sure that this would not happen again. But it is of no use to me. Again it happened in less than a fortnight. They are deliberately cheating the customer after paying the amount. Who will pay for the days that i did not have internet connection. It is a 100% mischief done at the network swith available in the box. Please make sure to prevent this type of cheating incidents in future from isp. The same thing happens to my case as well, This ACT Fibernet BEAM Cable Service has become the WORST ISP service now-a-days..And to add, they are telling I will get the waive off in my bill only if continuously for more than three days I won't get the Internet connection, but if your connection is gone you raise a ticket, it gets resolved in 2 days (you won't get internet for last 2 days) and again after few days internet is gone, you raise a new ticket, it will again take 2 days to get resolved, then for all these days you had not Internet connection there will be no waive off in you bill and you have to pay the whole bill ..This is really a loot and harassment to customer...Please Opt for any new ISP connection..

You can check in your system from last month June, how many times I have logged service ticket for the Internet disconnection. Your service is pathetic. You can verify from 16th July, I have logged one service ticket and it is still not resolved. Everyday I am getting SMS that my issue has been resolved. But when I come to home and check my Internet connection, there is no connectivity and everyday I am re-opening the same ticket . It is really frustrating and I don't hope you guys can resolve this connectivity issue. If you want your business to run long-term, then replace all these stupid, low qualified technicians with some better people. And please take some actions on all those technicians who came in this last week to our building to fix the connectivity issue.
I have to take another ISP connection.
