ACT Fibernet — Denial of refund for the additional amount paid

I raised a request for disconnection of my account because of frequent network issues. I took a plan of 12 months and used 9 months there is additional 1200 rs present in my account, while talking to the support team they denied to refund this 3 months and the additional amount present in my wallet. I told that it’s not legal and I can take legal action if amount is not refunded but they said that you can take any legal action but we are not refunding the amount as we have not said earlier that we are going to refund the amount.
