I have contacted the act fibernet for a new connection and provided my address details to the sales executive. Then the executive shared me a link to pay the plan amount and then he will initiate the installation for me. So i have paid the said plan amount and shared the payment screenshot to him for confirmation. This happened on 04.09.2023.
Then he replied that he will assign the job and complete the installation on 05.09.2023. On 05.09.2023 he sent a technician for the installation. After the technician visited my place he said that there is no source to provide me the internet connection and informed me that he will speak with his team and come back. Later I contacted the sales person and explained the same to him and requested him to provide the internet connection as early as possible.
Then he replied that he will install the box and complete the installation and provide me the connection by 06.09.2023
On 06.09.2023 a technician came and informed me that they have to install a box so that they need an electrical connection, i agreed to provide the electrical connection from my home and requested him to proceed for the work. But still they say it would take 2 days to do the job.
I have contacted the sales person and warned him either to provide the connection or to refund the amount as i am losing my online classes from the last two days.
Before they provide the connection they should know whether they are able to provide the connection in the address details provided during the time of new account activation. Rather than doing that they are looking for the possibilities after the payment is done. I have lost two days of classes and i request you to take action against them and provide me the refund at the earliest
