[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — disconnect issues and not responding to complaint

I shifted to visakhapatnam recently and taken act fibernet connection and they promised me to give 50 mbps speed but after taking connection not even 1 time i didn’t get that speed and always speed issues and frequent disconnecting issues, complained so many times. Person is coming and by calling to someone iam getting the promised speed while the technician is at home after he left again same thing happening. These people are cheating public in this way.
