I have been facing frequent internet disconnection problems right from the time I took ACT. Service engineer informed me that the junction box is in a driving school (next building). The shop owner switches it off and that's why my internet goes off for 5-6 hours daily. Looks like your field engineer didn't set up the box inside my building during installation.
I gave a disconnection request but Arun from your company cancelled it and created a ticket for reconnection. I DID NOT raise a reconnection request. Field engineers came to my premises and they said installation of junction box inside my building is not possible. My internet is not working from Friday and I am unable to work. I want to go for cancellation. Refund the money for remaining 5 months. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? |
