Dear Officer,
This is to bring to your kind notice that, today my internet connection got deactivated because I raised below 2 concerns failing which I requested for disconnection of services:
1. For the past 7months I have been facing internet intermittent problem with zero battery backup(Raised almost 20+ SRs), I requested for permanent fix with at least 1-2hrs battery backup.
2. Requested atleast 2-3months waiver for the internet issues I faced, which was promised by the customer support agent and technical support team, that it will get adjusted in billing cycle. But was offered only 15days compensation.
When I requested the above points to get addressed else process disconnection then the team has selected disconnection process and deactivated my internet connection.
However, when your team selected immediate disconnection of services after communication and without any notice within 5-10mts then why removal of boxes is not done in the same time frame??
When your technical team deactivated my connection without providing permanent fix then how will I get my compensation for service disruption??
