[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — fake data usage reporting by act fibernet | |
My act broadband account #:[protected]. Act broadband has been reporting fake data usage since may 2017. As a result our monthly quota gets over fast and we have to pay extra for their fup or flexibytes. Our data usage has been under 100gb for years, and then suddenly we have been noticing very high data usage reported by act broadband since may 2017 - and this does not match with our actual usage. Moreover, every month the fake data usage is increasing.in june 2017, they reported it as 400gb, then in july 2017 as 600gb and now in august (Aug - 11) it is reported as 350gb just for 11 days!! We filed complaint with them but they did not do anything about it. (Complaint ticket/reference no : [protected]) There are many complaints against them about the exact same issue.
